Mr. Konstantin Gromov is known to me through his work as the Computer Engineer in a team of Price Waterhouse consultants. His responsibilities included:

• Management and utilisation of the computer and office equipment of the team.
• Creation, management and operation of the project team’s database that was later used to compile, analyse and report on the findings of the team’s work.

Konstantin has strong communication skills that enable him to interact in a friendly and business-like manner that creates a productive atmosphere in a team environment. He was able to lead when and where it was appropriate, and he was able to be an integral member of the team in a high-pressure environment at other times.

Konstantin has strong background in computer software and hardware obtained at Khabarovsk State University of Technology. He has successfully applied these computer skills in business environment using MS-DOS and Windows computer operating environments. He had demonstrated understanding of business problems and he was successful in resolving them in a timely manner. In addition, Konstantin has shown an ability to collect enough information about outstanding issues, even in challenging situations, and make appropriate analytical conclusions from that information. Plus he has shown himself as a person who can find an optimum solution within the means and limits of the resources allocated (including time) to him.

Konstantin has sufficient grasp of English for use in business.

In summary, throughout my close work with Mr. Gromov, he has shown himself to be a hardworking, resourceful, extremely capable computer engineer and an invaluable part of our team’s efforts to meet the needs of a very demanding client.
